In my menswear patternmaking class I had to choose a concept and create designs based off of that concept with innovative patternmaking incorporated. My concept is based off of masculinity and femininity in regards to country life. I researched old images of farms, barns, and the clothing worn by farmers. Throughout the quarter we were to make a shirt, pants, and a jacket. For each of these we had to make spec sheets and a muslin. The spec sheets and jacket aren't shown because the quarter is still in progress. I used Gerber Accumark for the pants and flat patterning for the shirt.
